FLASH PLAYER DEBUG CONSOLE

When I go to some websites, I get a pop-up screen telling
me of a "sandbox" violation. The heading on the pop-up
is "Flash Player Debug Console". These pop-ups are
annoying and I would like to turn them off.

Can anyone tell me what program gives me these pop-ups and
how I can end them?

I am running Windows XP Home.
