Hi everyone

My company's sending out demos to clients in Flash movie (swf) format
but we're getting comments that the file doesnt get through on some
installations of Outlook/Outlook Express.

If anyone has had a similar experience, I'd appreciate their comments.

Thanks in advance

James

What error messages do they get?

What assurances do you have that your recipients have (or want) a Flash
player installed?

Thanks for the quick response!

The attachments are visible but greyed out. If they try to open them,
they get a yellow box that says "OE removed access to the following
unsafe attachments in your mail"

Is there an easy way to tell Outlook Express to allow swf files?

Thanks for your help.

This is easy to fix. Tools>Options>Security. Uncheck the box that says "Do
not allow attchments to be saved..."
