flash for limited account ?

I have WINDOWS XP PRO at home. Obviously I dont want my 3 year old as an administrator, but how on earth do I make his account limited yet able to enjoy Flash actvities etc from PBSKids ? I dont need much more than that to keep the kids happy when I am not using the computer. Thanks
 
He should be able to use Flash once its installed. Try going to the site
under your account and make sure you have Flash installed (it may prompt
you-- the install should succeed under your name.) Then go back and see if
it works for him.

You can also try temporarily promoting the account to admin, going to the
site and running through it once, and then demoting him again. Shouldn't be
necessary though.
