flash drive won't leave

flash drive won't leave my computer and i'm starting to get the blue screen
more and more. i eject them put they stay in my computer. so now that i have
taken notice there are six of them. when i go to eject one it says an error
has occured i'm reallyt lost i don't know what to do. if i put it in it just
assigns another drive letter to it and acts phunky. please help can anyone
guide me the right way???
