Flash crashes my PC

Every time I get an animation ie flash my PC freezes, I am low on memory
(approx 2.5 Gig) but it has just started to happen recently and is a pain in
the bum.

I have tried allsorts, searched the web but cant find anything that is
relative to my problem.

If someone can advise me a solution Id be eternally grateful

extra toolbars, etc can be managed in SP2 on the IE, Tools menu, click
"Manage AddOns"
