flash 6.65

all of a sudden i am getting an error message before road
runner will come up that reads windows internet explorer
then it has a triangle with an ! inside of it. the it
says flash 6.65 then it says the link may not be safe.
what is this where did it come from and how do i get rid
of it???
 
Flash is from macromedia.com,currently though its at 7.0 version,
try going to thier web site to update or go to search at microsoft.com

OK f*ckwit - why on earth should someone search for an update to a
Macromedia product on MS's website?! You are an idiot of the highest order -
and I know I'm not the only one to hold that opinion.
