Flagging/Moving Incoming Mail

I have a question, not sure if it has been covered here or not...

Can someone help me with a rule or something that when my incoming mail reaches
my inbox, keeps it there until either I reply, move, or delete it? Something
like a rule that would, after I read and reply to a message, it automatically
moves the orginal mail out of the inbox into another specified folder? I hope
that makes sense.

Example:
I receieve a message from Mom. I want to keep it in the inbox until I respond
to it. Then, after I respond, I want her email moved to my "from mom" folder.

Thanks! Any suggestions would be great...either respond to the group or via my
email...thanks!

James

outlook doesn't support that - a 3rd party utility called auto-mate will do
it. look for it at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/housekeeping.htm
