Fixing an Error Message

An error message is showing up on my screen every 60
seconds. The message is:

App_Bk_038 Connection time out (error # 10060)

I tried disabling error messages under
system/advanced/error reporting but that did not stop the
message from posting on my screen. How can I stop this
error message from showing up?

Thanks,

Jay

It sounds like the Sobig virus... click on Start, Run, type in msconfig,
click OK. When the System Configuration Utility comes up, click on the
Startup tab. In that listing find the file called cgtask.exe. Un check it,
and then click on Apply, Close and Restart the computer. This file is
related to the Sobig virus. After performing the above, you shouldn't get
those messages. If you do or don't get them go to
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp and perform a virus
scan. Post back how it goes for you.
