Fixed report footer location

Hi,

I have a report for a quote system. The line items are in a subreport which
I have put in the Detail section and made really thin and it grows or shrinks
with the amt of data.

How do I change the report footer property so that it displays at the bottom
of whichever page it appears on? Right now it comes up straight after the
last detail item?
 
Generally speaking you would use a page footer which is always printed at the
bottom of a page, just above the margins. The report footer is always
printed after the last piece of data.
