Fix Stop Error on Windows XP Home Edition

When booting Dell computer with windows XP, system shows a
stop error 0x000000C2 (0x00000043,....). System shuts down
and tries to re-boot. Drive C gets scan (with blue
screen), then error occurs again. Also can't start system
in safe mode.
Need assistance on how to fix problem.
