I know it's been asked and answered, probably many times.....

When my address book pops up so I can pick a name to email to, it lists
everyone by FirstName LastName. How do I switch it to LastName, FirstName?

I'll try to remember.

Thanks.

Google Groups would help you find those prior posts.

LastName, FirstName?

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>View or change existing directories or address
books>Next. Select the Outlook Address Book service and click Change. Pick
your display order with the radio buttons at the bottom.

That's it!
Thanks.
(How many times a week do you have to answer that?)

Google Groups can tell you that by showing your all the other times this
question has been asked and answered.

A lot.
This is one of the most carefully hidden dialogs in Outlook. The developers
seem to have gone out of their way to make it difficult to find. To make it
worse, they hid it in a different place with each version. Nice work.
