I was would like to know to open outlook to registre webmail. But appears
error... how can I open outlook to use for webmail registration.
 
I don't understand your question.
What does Outlook have to do with webmail? Webmail is handled
through a browser.
Also, this newsgroup is for the Windows Mail program, not Outlook.
