Thanks for the replies. If I go with the most current release, for
the purposes of maintaining a general purpose customer contact
database for a small company, can anyone give me some idea of how
capable the program is of handling this? I've toyed with ACT and it
looks like much, much more than I need. Further, too much learning
curve time will prevent my employees from using ACT or at least using
it effectively. I think that a simpler database will serve our needs
better. The most comprehensive program in the world is useless if
people hate it or are afraid of it. I would rather work with a
simpler program that my crew can handle easily. Any thoughts on
this?
