If you mean software firewalls, you don't need two let alone three. Two
software firewalls won't give you any additional protection and could cause
conflicts. Now if you are talking about having a router with NAT and
statefull packet inspection, yes a software firewall should be run on the
computer in addition to that.

No. And I hope at least one of those is a real firewall such as a router of
some kind and not something fake and cheesy like ZoneAlarm.
