Firewall

This is a bit off topic, but I have recently heard rumor that Microsoft is
about to release a new firewall. Not to be confused with any of the
existing firewalls that are built into the OS, but a complete seperate
program that is brand new. It is supposed to act as a firewall, and monitor
the heck out of your network. Can someone point me to some documentation on
this coming product???
