Please tell me how I can detect if I have a firewall
running. I have never deliberately installed one, but
suddenly when I go to online games, I can't host. Others
are unable to connect to the table I open, and they tell
me I have a firewall.
I did recently download Kazaa which comes with it's own
firewall. However, I uninstalled it withing 48 hours
after being told that downloads from that site are
illegal. If you have any suggestions, please contact me
by email. Thank you.

Please run a scan with your current antivirus using updated definitions.
Also remove spyware with tools such as Spybot S&D and/or Ad-aware.
Delete temporary and Temporary Internet files. After your computer is
clean, are you still having problems? If yes, then post back.

Greetings --

Well, if you've a lick of sense, you're using a firewall.

To enable/disable the built-in firewall, Start > Network
Connections > Right-click the connection > Properties > Advanced >
