firewall with IE6

Hi

I have just installed my outpost 1 firewall. The thing is
I dont understand the configuration.

(I couldnt find any other place more suitable for my
question)

What configure options do I need for a firewall with IE6,
I dont understand what I need with outpost eg allow all,
block all, create rules...?
