I'm trying to use a new VoIP program but can't receive anything via the UDP
ports. One possible problem is the Windows XP Firewall. I am current with
all software and security software. When I go to the Start -> Control
Panel -> Security, I get the Firewall screen but there is no way to make
exceptions to allow the VoIP program receive through the Firewall. How can
I make exceptions. There are no option buttons at all on that screen.

Thanks,

Mike

Did you go to the Exceptions tab in the Windows Firewall? There it gives
you many options.

There is no "Exceptions" tab on the page I cited. However, by clicking on
various links (I don't even remember which one) I came across the
"Exceptions" option and am working with that, now. Thank you, Tom.
