Anyone can tell me how can I have my Window Firewall tools funtioning again
as usual. Every time I tried to enable the message prompt was "
Unindentified problem window cannot open a firewall "

Pls help me to solve this problem.

Do you have another firewall like Norton Internet Security's?

You might have a malware infection.
