Firewall Overkill?

OS: XP Home Edition +SP2
ISP: Residential DSL (>512)
RAM: 256MB

Firewalls:
(1) XP Home's native firewall
(2) LinkSys router's (BEFS41) hardware firewall
(3) TrendMicro's Internet Security 2004 firewall

Question:
Are three firewalls redundant? Is one sufficient? My
computer needs to be really secure (I realize that
there's no such thing, in theory), because personal
financial information is sometimes exchanged over
the 'net. TrendMicro's Internet Security 2004 is a RAM
hog. Can it be dispensed with? What about any of its
components?:

TMOAgent.exe (2.8MB)
PCCFW.exe (3.9MB)
PCClient (2.7MB)
tmproxy.exe (14.2MB)
Tmntsrv.exe (2.4MB)
pccguide.exe (3.9MB)

which adds up to 30 MB.

Suggestions and comments would be appreciated...

I don't know about that particular piece of software's
features, but I acutally have 2 hardware and 2 software
firewalls. Its not that I'm paranoid, its that everyone
is out to get me. Or, you could get more RAM...DAMN THE
HACKERS! FULL SPEED AHEAD!

Running one hardware and one software firewall should be sufficient for most
people, and the fact is *if* they hacked one, they will likely hack the next
one.

Running more than one Software firewall could be counter-productive - as
they could actually negate one another.
