Firewall +NAT + shaper for WinXP Pro

I'm looking for a firewall that supports NAT, can shape bandwidth and will
run on a Windows XP Pro system. Any ideas?
 
I don't know of a personal firewall that can do such. There are many
hardware devices that can do such though many can shape only uplink
bandwidth. A Netscreen 5XP can do such and are available on Ebay for usually
around $150 for a used unit. You might also want to post on a firewall
newsgroup that is not Microsoft specific. There are a couple good ones,
though there names escape me right now.--- Steve
