Firewall is automatically enable when the computer restart

Dear All,

It's really strange on that computer. Everytime the firewall option
will automatically enabled after I switch on computer on next day. Thus, I
need to disable it again when it started. I can't find any option to control
this option enabled when windows start. Anyone can help on that?

Start | Run <type in>
services.msc
<enter>

Double click on windows firewall, stop, then disable.
You loose Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) as well.

I've disabled mine long ago and have not had any problems, torrents
work fine, but I'm not on a networked system.
