Firewall and SP2

Hiya

I have upgraded to SP2, all is ok for one little thing, I have my own
Hardware firewall on my Router, so i have turned off the Microsoft one,
and click not to monitor, every two i get a message, saying my firewall is
turned off. I know because i want it turned off, and the not to monitor
has the tick taken off, is there a registry setting that could force this to
stay at turned off and not to monitor. I am running WIX XP PRO SP2, with
full admin rights.

If you don't want SP-2 monitoring your firewall and/or your anti-virus
program then disable its monitoring in the Security Center.
 
Thats what i have done.

But every 2 days, it changes the setting back to default.
