Well, for one thing, the particular one you linked to is a straw man.
the only "example" of that "myth" they could link to wasn't an example
of someone making the claim at all; rather, it's a blog discussion
about whether the claim should be made or not, and the consensus was
that it shouldn't.

I would also look at other factors such as the seriousness of the
vulnerability, time taken to patch etc.

Good for a laugh maybe. Firefox may be perfect, but I have
experienced far fewer browser related problems since I began using it
about a year ago.

Firstly, I don't believe we a friends. Secondly, all I have to go on
is personal experience, and thus far I've had significantly fewer
problems with FF than IE. This may not always be the case and I will
re-evaluate as appropriate.
