Anyone know why this extension indicates "scripts partially blocked"
on some (but not all) sites I've added to the white list? Why do some
whitelisted sites indicate no blocking while others indicate partial?

The NoScript website says, "this means scripts are allowed for some of
the URLs of the current site (it happens when there are multiple
frames, and scripts are enabled in some of them and disabled in other
ones)".

It will block scripts coming off a trusted or whitelisted domain. Have a look
at the screenshots on http://www.noscript.net/screenshots for an example of
partial blocking.

Have you tried *ASKING* the people who wrote the extension,
rather than pestering people who have nothing to *DO* with it?

1. If I felt "pestered", I would have ignored the post
2. I use the mentioned extension. So therefore, I *DO* have something to do
with it.
3. Go breath some fresh air, you seem to be in a rut
