firefox bug on menu control

I've found a bug on the menu control when using Firefox. Where should i
report the bug?

The bug appears if you click on an level-1 item (horisontal menu), and moves
the mousecursor to the popup before the page refreshes. If you do this the
popup will only be visable for some milliseconds before dissappering.
