Fingerprint program

I have the digital persona prog from MS. I am going to upgrade my system and
do a clean install. If possible, I would like to save the file that contains
all of the fingerprint info I have enrolled thus far. Can someone advise me
as to how to do this? I will be installing the same os.

I guess I didn't make myself clear. What I wanted to know was, which file
contains the data?
