i am a real beginner trying to install a digital camera to comp.with the installation disc going fine till i get message Error 1311 SourceFile not found;G;\viewer\FVIEWER\Data1.cab. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it. can anyone tell me what this means and what to do about it?

Look on your CD, is there a folder called Viewer? Open this folder, FViewer, setup,
maybe this will establish the path.

You might try downloading the latest driver from Fuji and installing that
instead the cd that came with the camera. Be sure to run the installation
program before you connect the camera. This link has the software for most
Fuji finepix cameras (you didn't mention what model you have) and
installation instructions:
