I want to highlight a row, then find the next cell with data in it, ho
do I find a cell that has something in it

Here's an easy way, hope it helps:

Ctrl+Arrow Key in the direction you want to look will take
you to the next cell with values when on an empty cell,
and will take you to the last cell with values in the same
direction while on a cell with values.

Shift + Space Bar to select the entire Row
Ctrl + Space Bar to select the enire column..

Hope this helps

Cheers

Most people look for keyboard shortcuts.
I'm a guy that likes to use the mouse.

Did you know that you can do exactly the same thing *without* using those
keystrokes?

Select a cell.
Hover the cursor over *any* border of the cell until it becomes an arrow.
NOW ... Double click ... and the focus moves in the direction of the border
you chose ... Up, Down, Left, or Right, following the same rules you
mentioned above.
