Finding row & column given value in a Table

I have a table say 10 rows by 10 columns that includes row and colum
headings. The values in the table change based on other parameters i
the spreadsheet. I am interested in finding the Row and Column heading
that correspond to the minimum value in the table.

Is there an easy way to do this?
