Finding Duplicates

I need to find out if there is a function I can use in Excel that will find duplications of numbers in a given column. I know how to use the "Find" feature, but I'm working with 100s of numbers in a column, and need a more efficient way of finding any duplicated numbers

Any help would be appreciated.
