You can run a macro to find out how many times words appear in a document,
but phrases are a bit more of a problem because it's hard to define exactly
what constitutes a phrase. You can however use Edit>Find, or Edit>Replace
to located multiple instances of a phrase that you enter into the "Find
what:" control of the dialog. If you use Edit>Replace and replace the text
with itself, it will tell you how many replacements it has made.
