Finding accents in Portuguese (Brazil) keyboard

I've recently switched from Windows Me to 2000 and
suddenly my keyboard no longer works the same way as
before when I switch it to Portuguese (Brazil). I've tried
using ABNT and ABNT2 (whatever that is) as well as
Portuguese (Portugal), but nothing works. I end up
switching to French (Canada) to get the acute accent on
the E (é) but I need it for the other vowels, which French
doesn't use, and I still haven't found the grave accent (è)
or the question mark without switching back to French!!!
Can anyone help?

Seeing that no-one has answered, try posting this in the Microsoft
public.word.spelling.grammar group
It's their speciality.
By the way, have you configured your system for more than one language and
are you running Outlook?

If so, there is a bug and it's a known issue. See (in French)
