find unique values using an access 2003 query

Hi Glenn
Open the query in design view and click in the big white space above the
grid.
Make sure the properties dialog is open.
On the General tab of the dialog, choose either Unique Records or Unique
Values - you can only have one or the other on, but not both at the same
time.

Try your query to see if that works for you.
