Find Related Messages not working

Outlook 2007 on WinXP-SP2. When using the "Find related Messages" feature,
Outlook always returns with a "There are no items...". As nearly as I can
tell, the culprit is that my Replies contain "RE:" and the"Advanced Tab" says
(boolean) "Exactly" in the search criteria. Can I change that somewhere ???
 
Related messages are messages within the thread and the search criteria of
"Conversation" is the original subject. If other users are replying with
different mail clients, its possible they could cause the conversation field
to include Re but I haven't seen it happen with the popular clients.
