"Find" not working

This is not an Access question, so if you can direct me to a better forum,
please do. My problem is that, using Outlook Express as a reader of this
newsgroup, "Find" with a string in the "message" field returns only a few of
many messages that contain the string. In some cases it seems that it
identifies only messages that I have already opened myself. Is there some
setting I can change? This is true of other Access newsgroups as well
(e.g., microsoft.public.access.formscoding.)

One option is to use http://groups.google.com with the Advanced search option
to search this group (or all the microsoft.public.access.* groups). It's
pretty flexible and I've found it more reliable than Outlook Express. OTOH I
don't use Outlook Express much (I use Agent as a newsreader... and it has its
own problems searching for text!)
