find highlighted sections - replace with underlining

Hello,

Is it possible in Word XP use the find and replace tool to search for all
highlighted text and replace with underlinning?

Or replace with no highlighting but with underlinning?

Yes

In the finds what box enter format > highlight
Replace with CTRL+U Format > highlight Format > highlight which sets no
highlight Underline.
