Hi
(2nd posting, 1st appears to have disappeared!)

I'd welcome advice on tabs please, I've never used them before but I can see
how they might be useful.

I have a finite database of 600 or so CurriculumStatements in 25
CurriculumAreas. FormStatements has all 600 expressed in datasheet view, but
I would like to subdivide this datasheet into separate tabs for each
CurriculumArea.

where or how do I go about the filtering process?

Thanks for your help
regards
CK

CK,
If you must post a question to more than 1 newsgroup, please include all
those newsgroups in the Newsgroup section of the post.
For example, if you wanted to post this question to
microsoft.public.access and microsoft.public.access.forms your Newsgroup
should list both...
example: microsoft.public.access ; microsoft.public.access.forms
That will send the post to both newsgroups, but...
using this method...if someone responds to you in microsoft.public.forms,
that response can also be seen in microsoft.public.access. This prevents
duplication of effort, and having multiple responders at work against the
same question.

Please see my response to this question in the microsoft.public.access
newgroup.
