Filtering rule for Exchange server

We use Outlook 2002 at work and the mail server is an
Exchange server. I want to create a filtering rule to
place all messages coming from employees of my company in
a separate folder. Their email address has the domain name
mycompany.com (e.g., (e-mail address removed)), but if I set up
the rule using the domain name, nothing filters. I suppose
that's because their mail is coming from the Exchange
server and the domain name does not appear to Outlook. Any
ideas how to create a rule here? Thanks.
