I would like to filter out all of the rows that have a certain color
highlighting in any of their cells. How would I do this?

I have a lot of columns in my document and I don't want to have to go through
each one and select "filter by color." I want to be able to filter all of the
columns at the same time.

Select all cells by clicking on the button at top left intersection of rows
and columns or hit CTRL + a

Edit>Find>Format>Format

Select your color from the Patterns Tab.

Then Find All and CTRL + a which selects all the "founds" on the sheet.

Format>Row>Hide.
