Outlook 2002 and 2003. I want to block spam etc. from my mail. Microsoft
Outlook "help" brings up information on "InBoxer" and says that it is,
"Integrated into Microsoft Outlook® 2000, XP, and 2003." So, if Inboxer is
integrated, how do I get to it? If Inboxer is something I have to purchase,
then what capabilities does Outlook have built in for blocking and filtering
emails? Thanks for the help.

Depends on the version. On the whole, the junk mail scanner for Outlook
versions earlier than OL 2003 is poor. The Junk Sender ad Adult Sender
lists are the most widely used approch, along with Rules, if you want
something built-in. Outlook 2003's junk mail filter is significantly better
in keeping out the junk. However, it is not as easily controlled as, say, a
filter add-in like http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/, which is free.
