D Dale Fye Nov 6, 2004 #2 Try using the Docmd.runcommand acCmdFilterExcludingSelection Terry Wickenden has an example of this on his site (http://home.clara.net/tkwickenden/) You could also use a custom shortcut menu (the standard shortcut menu for a form already includes this button as well), which would allow you to rightclick on a control and select the Filter Excluding Selection option.
