What are the files (printed in blue in the Windows folder
similar to this $NtUninstallK*****$ and can I safely
delete them. I have about 20

Files shown in blue are compressed using the NTFS compression
facility. Don't delete them unless you're sure you *never* want to
back out a system patch.
