FILES MISSING AFTER REPAIRING WINDOWS XP HOME EDITION

After repairing my operating system the following files
are missing in my system

licwmi.dl_.
IEXPLORE.EX_.
Swflash.ocx.
BTBalloon.dl

how do I restore them
 
Hi,

3 of 4 are unexpanded versions that would not normally reside in the system
itself, they would be in a backup folder of the system files, generally
I386. This folder is on the WinXP CD, and some preinstalled systems have it
under C:\Windows.

The last one, btballoon.dll, is part of your bluetooth software.
