files have disappeared!!

I have lost my address book, all email folders, and all files in the "my
Documents" folder. I run OE as my email program. I have had a technician
check things out and he said the files are gone. He restored, back to Oct 20,
but that did not help. Has anyone experienced this? If so, could you HELP,
please?? Thanks.

Hi Jenny,
Try to search for them on your computer with the extension *.dbx* and
compact them, they may be accessable again.
