Files Gone??

Background Story:
Upgraded from Win ME to XP Pro for my business computer. Email is now gone
because of file structure change apparently (from FAT 32 to NTFS). Recovered
email folder using data recovery software. I have the entire old outlook
folder and I am sure of this because of uniquely named folders. The .dbx
files are all there and contain file size (ie some are over 50mb large).
HOWEVER, I can't import them into Outlook Express. It gives me an error
message.

ANY IDEAS?? Please help... a lot of work is down the drain if I can't
restore the files.

Thanks in advance.

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook
forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Here is the link for the right forum

Good Luck!
