Files from news articles kept on Drive

I was searching for some files and came across this.

C/User/App Data/ Microsoft/windows live mail.com

There is a copy of my saved files and folders I made in windows live.
Why are there the articles that I read in the past few day also saved
there?????

Can I delete these??Do they delete themselves after a certain time, or a
reboot??

No, you should not delete anything in that location. It will corrupt
the message database.
Incidentally, the newsgroup to which you posted is dedicated to
supporting the Windows Mail program.
Windows Live Mail questions should be asked in the WLM newsgroup:

Does windows mail KEEP A RECORD OF POSTS TO NEWSGROUPS TOO??

The posts to newsgroups in Windows Mail are saved in the directory of sent
items under the Local Folders. See here for details of the message store in
WinMail: www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx
