Files / Folders under C drive

WUTemp is a caching folder for Windows Update. The screen capture is
fuzzy so it's not easy to make out the other Folders/Filenames.

The other files are: one named .rnd (RND File),

a CSB text document with this in it
[InstallShield Silent]
Version=v7.00
File=Log File
[ResponseResult]
ResultCode=0

and a YServer text document with this in it
e04 238 WinMain
e04 238 lpCmdLine: '/REGSERVER'
e04 238 Run
e04 238 lpCmdLine: '/REGSERVER'
e04 238 nCmdShow: 10
e04 238 leaving WinMain

Curious as to what these files are. Do I need them or can I delete them?

One thing to help resolve file use is it's extension. You can get general
info
on any extension at: (for example your .Rnd)
http://filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=rnd

The other 2 files would appear to be installation results files.

General rule is if you don't know what it does either leave it alone
or DON'T delete it but move them to an alternate location. If things
stop working properly then restore the files back to their original
location.
