Filename filter in Windows Explorer?

Hello all!

Just curious, has anyone ever seen an Explorer add-in that would allow filtering of the files list?

For example, when I enter "C:\MyFiles" in the address bar, I see all the files in the specified folder. What I'd like to do is
enter "C:\MyFiles\*.dbf" and just see the .dbf files.
