I am trying to make a Label display the file name of the Powerpoint
presentation it is present in,
I am using this on a template so when the user opens the template and saves
the file the field is then populated with the Filename they saved the
powerpoint file with.
can someone send me the VB code to make this happen in the label,

thanks

It can't be done. PowerPoint won't run VBA code as the result of a user
opening a file or template.

Can you get the user to install an add-in? If so, there's another way around
the problem.
